This project was only one phase of a much more comprehensive plan addressing many drainage challenges at this townhouse community in Columbia Maryland. When communities are built there is a lot of effort to grade the site for maximum control of water that moves across the ground. Over time the topography changes due to things like fences, sheds, trees, etc. Erosion and deposited sediment had turned this area into an unusable swampy mess. Our ability to bring multiple service lines to the project were just what this customer needed. Another successful project and a happy Y&L Landscaping & Tree Service customer!
