Yossi Kushner began Y&L Landscaping & Tree Service in 1998 as Y&L Landscaping, Inc. providing local landscape, lawn, and plant maintenance to his local community. Wanting to build the company and realize his vision to be the area's premier landscaping company, he expanded to landscape installation in 2000 and incorporated the company in 2001. Levi Lowenstein, a Maryland-certified tree expert, founded Pikesville Tree Service and later merged with Y&L Landscaping & Tree Service. The two business owners brought together their expertise to build one of the most qualified and experienced landscaping companies in the Owings Mills, Maryland area. Y&L Landscaping & Tree Service now provides highly-skilled landscape, hardscape, drainage, snow, and tree service.
